The cabinet is a entity, spawned by typing the Console Command "developer" in the console, and then cleaning everything.
The cabinet is a replica of the button on the Radio, after doing the Minge God ritual.
The Radio and The Cabinet can both summon Mingebags.
To activate the cabinet, just press the Use button.
