Blackguard Industries is a supplier organization of assets to help companies (mostly military companies) with making products (mostly weapons, and explosives) they were founded in 2005 by Unknown and Unknown, Blackguard Industries started as a small group of former military contractors and engineers with a simple goal: supply weapons and gear to anyone who could pay. over the years, they grew into a powerful supplier of weapons, explosives, and other combat equipment to both pmc groups military and private groups. though they try to appear as a legitimate organization, blackguard has always operated in a "legal way“ their clients range from pmc groups & militarys (as stated before) to mercenary groups, and they don’t mind working in places where international laws don’t matter. their products are often sold on the black market, There is no known reason why they want to attack the A.R.C. but the most likely reason is because they want to take everything over, known to online sources they are not a friendly company. There was supposedly a B.G.I. channel.
